Control which events trigger portal notifications for your clinic.

Configuring notifications

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications
  2. Toggle each notification type on or off
  3. Save

Email notifications

By default, the clinic owner's email receives a daily summary of activity. To change this:

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications
  2. Under Email summary, set the frequency (daily, weekly, or off)
  3. Optionally add a second email address (e.g., a clinic admin's email)
