Doctors & Schedules

The Doctors section lets you manage every doctor at your clinic — their profiles, available hours, and the services they offer.
Overview
From the Doctors tab you can:
- Add new doctors to your clinic
- Edit doctor profiles (name, photo, bio, specialisations)
- Configure weekly schedules and time-off periods
- Set the services each doctor offers
- Temporarily deactivate a doctor without deleting them
Doctor availability
A doctor only appears in patient search results if they have:
- An active profile
- At least one available appointment slot in the next 30 days
- At least one service assigned
If patients can't find a specific doctor, check these three things first.
