Doctor Services

Services tell patients what type of care a doctor provides. They're also used in search filters on the patient-facing directory.

Adding services to a doctor

1. Open the doctor's profile
2. Scroll to the Services section
3. Click Add Service
4. Select from the list or type to search
5. For each service, you can optionally set a fee (shown on the doctor's public profile)
6. Save

Common services

Service	Notes
General Consultation	Most common — add for all GPs
Bulk Billing	Add only if this doctor bulk bills all patients
Telehealth	Add if the doctor does video consultations
Skin Check
Vaccination
Health Assessment
Mental Health Plan
Chronic Disease Management

Removing services

Click the × next to a service in the doctor's profile to remove it. This takes effect immediately — the service will no longer appear on their public profile.

Note: Adding "Bulk Billing" as a service is used for directory filtering. It doesn't automatically apply to all bookings — your billing process remains unchanged.
