The post list
The Blog page shows all posts your clinic has created. Each row displays:
- Thumbnail (featured image if set)
- Post title and slug
- Status badge
- View count (published posts only)
- Created date
- Actions: Edit, Preview, Delete
Post statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Saved but not submitted for review; only visible to you |
| Pending Review | Submitted and awaiting admin approval; cannot be edited |
| Published | Approved and live on your clinic profile |
| Rejected | Returned by admin; you can edit and resubmit |
Searching and filtering
Use the search bar to find posts by title. Use the Status and Category filters to narrow the list.
Editing a post
- Click Edit on any post row
- Make your changes in the editor
- Click Save Draft to save without resubmitting, or Submit for Review to send it back for approval
Note: Published posts that you edit are moved back to Pending Review until re-approved by admin. The currently published version stays live until the updated version is approved.
Previewing a post
Click Preview to open the post in a new tab as it will appear to patients. This works for drafts as well as published posts.
Deleting a post
- Click Delete on the post row
- Confirm the deletion in the prompt
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Published posts are removed from your clinic profile immediately.
Pagination
The list shows up to 50 posts per page. Use the page controls at the bottom to navigate if you have more than 50 posts.
