Quotes

The Quotes section lets patients request cost estimates for services your clinic offers, and lets your team respond with a formal quote. This is particularly useful for procedures or consultations where the price isn't fixed or depends on individual circumstances.
When a patient submits a quote request, your clinic receives a notification and can review the request, ask any clarifying questions via the thread, and send back a detailed cost estimate.
Who can access quotes?
Quotes is a feature-gated section. Staff with the can_manage_quotes permission can view and respond to quote requests. Owners and Managers always have access.
