What is the Clinic Portal?

The Clinic Portal is your private dashboard for managing every aspect of your practice on Local Health Care. Once your clinic is approved, you can access it at localhealthcare.com.au/clinic/portal.

Who can access it?

The portal is available to:

  • Clinic Owners — Full access to all features including billing and staff management
  • Managers — Access to most features except billing and some security settings
  • Receptionists — Appointment and patient management
  • Staff — Limited access based on permissions set by the owner

Before you begin

To access the portal, you'll need:

  1. A verified clinic listing on Local Health Care
  2. An account with a verified email address
  3. Approval from the Local Health Care team (usually within 24 hours)

Portal overview

Once logged in, you'll see the navigation bar at the top. Each tab opens a different section of the portal:
