Clinic Blog

The Blog section lets you create and publish articles that appear on your clinic's public profile page. Use it to share health tips, clinic news, service announcements, or any content that helps patients understand your practice.

Who can use it

Blog access is available to:

  • Clinic Owner — always has full blog access
  • Staff with the can_manage_blog permission — enabled by the Owner or Manager under Staff Roles

Managers and Receptionists do not have blog access by default. The Owner must grant it explicitly to Staff members.

How blog posts work

Clinic-authored posts go through a review step before they appear publicly:

  1. You write and save a post — it is saved as a draft
  2. You submit the post for review — status changes to Pending Review
  3. The Local Health Care admin team reviews and approves or rejects the post
  4. Approved posts are published and appear on your clinic profile

Note: Posts are never published instantly. The review step is mandatory and typically takes 1–2 business days.
