Loyalty Program

The Loyalty Program lets you run a points-based rewards programme for your patients. Patients earn points for booking and attending appointments, and can redeem those points for rewards you define — such as discounts or free consultations.

The programme is fully optional and configurable. You can enable or disable it at any time, and customise how many points are awarded per appointment and what rewards patients can claim.

Who can access loyalty settings?

Loyalty is a feature-gated section. Owners and Managers can configure the loyalty programme. The can_manage_loyalty permission controls access for Staff members.
