Centaur is an AI-powered assistant that connects to your practice management system and automates routine data tasks — such as keeping doctor schedules, patient records, and appointment data in sync with your Local Health Care portal.

Once enabled and connected, Centaur runs syncs automatically and logs every action so you have full visibility into what was updated and when. You can also trigger a manual sync at any time.

Availability

Centaur is not available to all clinics by default. It is enabled on request for clinics that meet the integration requirements. Contact support@localhealthcare.com.au to enquire about access.

If Centaur is enabled for your clinic, the Centaur tab will appear in your portal navigation.

Who can access Centaur?

Only users with the can_manage_settings permission can configure and use Centaur. Owners and Managers always have access.
