Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first screen you see when you log into the Clinic Portal. It gives you a real-time overview of your clinic's activity.
What's on the dashboard
Today's appointments
A list of all scheduled appointments for today, sorted by time. Each row shows:
- Patient name
- Appointment time and doctor
- Booking status (confirmed, pending, cancelled)
Click any appointment to view full details or take action.
Key metrics
Four summary cards show your clinic's performance at a glance:
- Total bookings — Appointments booked this month
- Upcoming — Appointments in the next 7 days
- Completed — Appointments marked as completed
- Cancellations — Appointments cancelled this month

Activity feed
Recent actions taken in the portal — new bookings, cancellations, staff changes, and more. See Activity Feed.
Billing alerts
If your subscription is in a grace period or suspended, a banner appears at the top of the dashboard. Click Manage billing to resolve it.
Tip: Bookmark the dashboard URL. It's the fastest way to check your day's appointments without navigating through the full portal.
