Settings

The Settings section is where you configure how your clinic appears to patients and how appointments work. This includes your public profile information (name, address, images, description), booking rules (lead time, cancellation windows), and notification preferences.
Changes to your clinic profile take effect immediately and are reflected on your public listing.
Who can access settings?
The clinic Owner always has full access to Settings. Managers can also access settings. Staff members with the can_manage_settings permission can access Settings if granted by the Owner.
What's in this section
- Clinic Profile — Update your clinic name, address, description, contact details, logo, and gallery images
- Notifications — Configure which events trigger email and in-app notifications for your team
- Booking Preferences — Set booking lead time, cancellation windows, auto-confirm behaviour, and new patient limits
