A doctor's public profile is visible to patients on the Local Health Care directory and on your clinic's listing page.

Profile photo guidelines
- Use a professional headshot with a neutral background
- Square crop (1:1 ratio) is automatically applied
- Minimum resolution: 200×200px
- Maximum file size: 5MB
- Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, WebP
A doctor without a photo will show a placeholder avatar. Profiles with photos have significantly higher booking rates.
Bio tips
A good bio:
- Mentions the doctor's experience and areas of interest
- Uses patient-friendly language (not clinical jargon)
- Is 100–300 characters (shorter bios perform better)
Example: "Dr Singh has over 10 years of experience in general practice with a special interest in chronic disease management and preventive health."
Profile visibility
A doctor's profile is only visible to patients if:
- They are active (not deactivated)
- They have at least one service assigned
- They have available appointment slots in the next 30 days
