Responding to Quotes

Viewing quote requests

  1. Go to Quotes in the portal navigation
  2. All pending quote requests appear in the list, sorted by date

Each quote request shows:

  • Patient name
  • Service requested
  • Any specific notes from the patient
  • Date requested

Sending a quote

  1. Click on a quote request
  2. Enter your price for the requested service
  3. Add any terms or conditions (e.g., "Price valid for 30 days")
  4. Click Send Quote

The patient sees the quote in their dashboard and can accept, decline, or ask follow-up questions via Chat.

Quote statuses

StatusMeaning
PendingQuote request received, not yet responded to
QuotedYou've sent a price, awaiting patient response
AcceptedPatient accepted — ready to book
DeclinedPatient declined your quote
ExpiredQuote was sent but not acted on within 30 days

Best practices

  • Respond to quote requests within 24 hours
  • Be specific about what's included in the quoted price
  • If the price varies based on the consultation, note this clearly
