Responding to Quotes

Viewing quote requests
- Go to Quotes in the portal navigation
- All pending quote requests appear in the list, sorted by date
Each quote request shows:
- Patient name
- Service requested
- Any specific notes from the patient
- Date requested
Sending a quote
- Click on a quote request
- Enter your price for the requested service
- Add any terms or conditions (e.g., "Price valid for 30 days")
- Click Send Quote
The patient sees the quote in their dashboard and can accept, decline, or ask follow-up questions via Chat.
Quote statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Quote request received, not yet responded to |
| Quoted | You've sent a price, awaiting patient response |
| Accepted | Patient accepted — ready to book |
| Declined | Patient declined your quote |
| Expired | Quote was sent but not acted on within 30 days |
Best practices
- Respond to quote requests within 24 hours
- Be specific about what's included in the quoted price
- If the price varies based on the consultation, note this clearly
