Invoices

Viewing invoices

Go to Billing in the portal navigation
The Invoices section shows all past invoices with their status

Each invoice shows:

Invoice date and billing period
Amount due and amount paid
Payment status (Paid, Open, Overdue)
Links to view online or download as PDF

Downloading an invoice

Click the PDF button on any invoice to download it. Invoices are standard tax invoices including your clinic's ABN and the relevant GST breakdown.

Invoice emails

Invoices are automatically emailed to the billing email address on file. To update the billing email:

Open the Stripe portal from the Billing page
Update the billing contact email

Overdue invoices

If an invoice is overdue:

Your clinic enters a grace period
A banner appears on your dashboard
The invoice remains accessible and payable

Pay the invoice directly from the Stripe portal to immediately restore full service.
