Managing Your Subscription

Accessing the billing portal
- Go to Billing in the portal navigation (Owner only)
- Click Manage Subscription
This opens the Stripe Customer Portal — a secure, hosted billing interface powered by Stripe.
What you can do in the Stripe portal
- Update your credit card or payment method
- Download invoices
- View payment history
- Cancel your subscription
Updating your payment method
- Open the Stripe portal
- Click Payment methods
- Add a new card or update your existing one
- Save
If your clinic is in a grace period, updating the payment method will trigger an automatic retry of the failed payment.
Cancelling your subscription
- Open the Stripe portal
- Click Cancel subscription
Your clinic will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, the clinic is deactivated and patients can no longer book.
Note: Cancelling does not delete your clinic data. You can reactivate by contacting support.
