Rewards Catalogue

The rewards catalogue is the list of rewards patients can redeem using their accumulated loyalty points.

Adding a reward

1. Go to Loyalty → Rewards
2. Click Add Reward
3. Enter:
   • Reward name (e.g., "Free consultation", "10% off next visit")
   • Points cost — How many points it takes to redeem
   • Description — What the patient receives
   • Expiry — Optional expiry date for the reward
4. Save

The reward immediately appears in patients' loyalty dashboards.

Deactivating a reward

Deactivate a reward to stop new redemptions without deleting existing ones:

1. Find the reward in the list
2. Toggle Active off

Redemption process

When a patient redeems a reward:

1. They select the reward in their dashboard
2. Your clinic receives a notification
3. Apply the discount or service at the point of service
4. Mark the redemption as used in the portal
