Activity Feed

The Activity Feed on your dashboard shows a chronological log of recent events in your clinic portal.
What appears in the feed
- New appointment bookings
- Appointment cancellations and rescheduling
- New patient messages in Chat
- Staff invitations sent and accepted
- Doctor profile changes
- Settings updates
- Prescription requests received
Reading the feed
Each entry shows:
- Event type — What happened (e.g., "New booking", "Appointment cancelled")
- Details — Patient name, doctor, or relevant context
- Timestamp — Relative time (e.g., "2 hours ago")
Filtering events
Use the filter dropdown above the feed to show only specific event types. For example, you can filter to show only cancellations or only new bookings.
Note: The activity feed shows the last 50 events. Older events are archived and not visible in the portal. Contact support if you need a full audit log.
