Referrals

The Referrals section lets your clinic send patients to other specialists or healthcare providers on the platform, and receive referrals from other clinics. All referrals are tracked in one place so nothing falls through the cracks.

When you create a referral, the receiving clinic is notified and can accept or decline. You can monitor the status of every referral you've sent, and respond to incoming ones from your referral inbox.

Who can access referrals?

Referrals is a feature-gated section. Staff with the can_manage_referrals permission can create and respond to referrals. Owners and Managers always have access.
