Points per appointment

Set how many points a patient earns per completed appointment:

  1. Go to Loyalty in the portal navigation
  2. Click Settings
  3. Set the Points per appointment value
  4. Save

Patients earn points automatically when their appointment is marked as completed.

Bonus points

You can award bonus points manually to a patient:

  1. Find the patient in the Loyalty section
  2. Click Award Bonus Points
  3. Enter the number of points and a note
  4. Confirm

Enabling/disabling the program

Toggle the loyalty program on or off at any time from the Loyalty Settings page. When off, no new points are earned, but existing points are preserved.

Note: Patients are notified of their points balance in their dashboard. Changes to the points rate apply only to future appointments, not retroactively.
