The Documents section lets your clinic store clinical files and share them directly with patients through the platform. You can upload referral letters, test results, consent forms, care plans, and other documents — and control exactly which patients can access them.
Patients access shared documents from their own patient dashboard. Documents are never visible to other patients.
Who can access documents?
Documents is a feature-gated section. Staff with the can_manage_documents permission can upload and share documents. Owners and Managers always have access.
