Sync Logs

The Sync Logs panel shows the history of all data syncs between your external system and Local Health Care.
Reading sync logs
Each log entry shows:
- Sync timestamp
- Number of records processed
- Number of records created, updated, or skipped
- Any errors or conflicts
Sync errors
If a sync fails or encounters errors, the log shows the affected records and the reason for failure. Common reasons:
| Error | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Authentication failed | API key has expired or been revoked | Update credentials in API Configuration |
| Field not found | Your system's API response changed | Update field mapping |
| Duplicate record | Record already exists with conflicting data | Resolve in Conflicts tab |
Conflicts
When the same appointment exists in both systems with different data, it's flagged as a conflict:
- Go to Integrations → Conflicts
- Review each conflict
- Choose which version to keep (your system or Local Health Care)
- Resolve
Resolved conflicts are logged and won't recur unless new conflicting data is received.
