Sync Logs

The Sync Logs panel shows the history of all data syncs between your external system and Local Health Care.

Reading sync logs

Each log entry shows:

  • Sync timestamp
  • Number of records processed
  • Number of records created, updated, or skipped
  • Any errors or conflicts

Sync errors

If a sync fails or encounters errors, the log shows the affected records and the reason for failure. Common reasons:

Conflicts

When the same appointment exists in both systems with different data, it's flagged as a conflict:

  1. Go to Integrations → Conflicts
  2. Review each conflict
  3. Choose which version to keep (your system or Local Health Care)
  4. Resolve

Resolved conflicts are logged and won't recur unless new conflicting data is received.
