Onboarding Wizard

After your claim is approved and you log in for the first time, the onboarding wizard guides you through five essential setup steps. You can revisit any of these settings later from the Settings and Doctors sections.
Step 1: Basic info
Fill in your clinic's core details:
- Clinic name — How it appears to patients in search and on your public profile
- Description — A short summary of your practice (shown on your clinic profile)
- Phone number — Displayed on your public profile
- Email address — Contact email for patient enquiries
- Website — Optional; links from your clinic profile
Step 2: Opening hours
Set your clinic's operating hours for each day of the week:
- Toggle each day on or off
- Set an open and close time for each active day
- Select your timezone to ensure times display correctly for patients
You can update opening hours at any time from Settings → Clinic Profile.
Step 3: Services
Add the healthcare services your clinic offers:
- Click Add Service
- Enter the service name (e.g., "GP Consultation", "Physiotherapy")
- Set the price (or mark as "Price on request")
- Set the default duration in minutes
Services appear on your public clinic profile and help patients understand what you offer. You can add, edit, or remove services at any time.
Step 4: Add your first doctor
Add at least one doctor to enable appointment bookings:
- Enter the doctor's full name and specialisation
- Enter their AHPRA registration number
- Set their available days and hours
- Save the doctor profile
You can add more doctors later from the Doctors tab.
Step 5: Complete
Review your setup and confirm. Your clinic profile is now live and patients can find and book appointments with your doctors.
Tip: You can skip any optional step and complete it later from the portal. Your clinic must have at least one doctor with available slots before patients can book appointments.
