- We do not read your chat messages (they are encrypted)
- We do not access your clinical notes or records held by clinics
Who can see your data
- You — always
- Clinics where you have an active booking — limited to booking and profile details
- Local Health Care staff — only for support purposes, with access logging
- Supabase (our database provider) — encrypted data storage
Data storage
Your data is stored on encrypted servers hosted in Australia. We use Supabase for data storage, which is compliant with industry security standards.
