Deleting Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can request to delete your Local Health Care account at any time.

What happens when you delete

  • Your profile and personal information is permanently deleted
  • Your appointment history is anonymised (not deleted — clinics retain their records)
  • Your login is deactivated — you cannot sign back in with the same email
  • Any active bookings should be cancelled before deletion

How to request deletion

  1. Go to localhealthcare.com.au/account-deletion
  2. Sign in if prompted
  3. Fill in the deletion request form
  4. Submit

You'll receive a confirmation email. The deletion is processed within 30 days.

Cancelling a deletion request

If you change your mind, email info@localhealthcare.com.au within 30 days of submitting your request. After 30 days, the deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Under the Australian Privacy Act and GDPR (if applicable), you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. See Your Rights.
