Completing Your Profile

A complete profile helps clinics serve you better and speeds up the booking process.
What to fill in
Go to Dashboard → Profile to update:
| Field | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Full name | Required for appointments |
| Date of birth | Used for identity verification at some clinics |
| Mobile number | For appointment reminders (optional) |
| Address | Helps find nearby clinics |
| Medicare card | Required for bulk-billed appointments |
| Health fund | Displayed to clinic staff |
| Emergency contact | For urgent situations |
Profile photo
Adding a profile photo is optional. If you add one, it's visible to clinic staff when they view your booking.
Health fund cards
Your profile stores basic health fund details (fund name and member number). For full card management — including card photos and HICAPS support — go to Dashboard → Documents → Health Fund Cards. See Health Fund Cards.
Privacy
Your profile details are only shared with clinics where you have an active booking. We never sell your data or share it with third parties. See How We Use Your Data.
