Adding Family Members

How to add a family member

  1. Go to Dashboard → Family
  2. Click Add family member
  3. Enter their details:
    • Full name
    • Date of birth
    • Relationship (e.g., child, spouse, parent)
    • Medicare card number (optional)
  4. Save

Booking for a family member

When booking an appointment:

  1. At the start of the booking flow, select Booking for someone else
  2. Choose the family member from the list
  3. Complete the booking as normal

The appointment appears in your dashboard under the family member's name.

Privacy

Family member profiles are private to your account. Clinics see the family member's name and details when processing their booking.

Removing a family member

Go to Family and click Remove next to the family member. This removes them from your account but does not delete their appointment history.
