Appointment lifecycle
- Book — Choose a clinic, doctor, date and time, and confirm
- Confirmation — Most bookings confirm instantly; some clinics require manual approval (shows as Pending)
- Reminders — Receive an email 24 hours before; add an SMS reminder by verifying your mobile
- Attend — Add to your calendar or get directions from your dashboard
- Cancel if needed — Cancel at any time (check the clinic's cancellation window)
