Add family members to your account so you can book and manage appointments on their behalf — all from a single dashboard. This is ideal for parents booking for children, carers managing appointments for elderly relatives, or anyone looking after a family member's healthcare.
How it works
- Each family member is stored as a separate profile under your account
- When you book an appointment, you choose whether it is for yourself or a family member
- The appointment appears in your dashboard under the family member's name
- Family member profiles are private — only you can see them
