Saving Favourites

You can save clinics and doctors to your favourites list so you can find them quickly without searching again.

Saving a clinic

1. Open a clinic's profile page
2. Click the heart icon near the clinic name
3. The clinic is immediately saved to Dashboard → Favourites

To remove a clinic from favourites, click the heart icon again — or go to Dashboard → Favourites → Clinics and click Remove.

Saving a doctor

1. Open a doctor's profile (accessible from the clinic profile or search results)
2. Click the heart icon on their card
3. The doctor is saved to Dashboard → Favourites → Doctors

Viewing your favourites

Go to Dashboard → Favourites to see:

• Clinics — your saved clinics with quick links to their profiles and booking
• Doctors — your saved doctors with their clinic and specialty

Why save favourites?

• Faster booking — jump straight to your regular clinic without searching
• Price requests — your favourite clinics appear at the top when you send a price request, making it easy to include them
• Reminders — quickly check a clinic's opening hours or contact details

Managing favourites

You can add or remove favourites at any time. There is no limit on how many you can save.
