Viewing appointments

All your upcoming and past appointments are in Dashboard → Appointments.

Each appointment shows:

• Clinic name and address
• Doctor (if assigned)
• Date and time
• Status (Confirmed, Pending, Cancelled, Completed)

Appointment reminders

You'll receive:

• An email confirmation when the booking is made
• A reminder email 24 hours before the appointment
• An SMS reminder if you've added your mobile number to your profile

To change your reminder preferences, go to Notification Preferences.

Adding the appointment to your calendar

From the appointment detail view, click Add to calendar to export a calendar event compatible with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook.

Getting directions

Click the clinic address on any appointment to open it in Google Maps.
