Viewing Prescriptions

Where to find your prescriptions

Go to Dashboard → Prescriptions to see all prescriptions issued to you.

Each prescription shows:

• Medication name and dosage
• Instructions
• Prescribing doctor
• Date issued
• Number of repeats remaining

Requesting a repeat prescription

To request a repeat:

1. Find the prescription in the list
2. Click Request repeat
3. The clinic receives the request in their Prescription Inbox
4. They'll issue a new prescription when approved

Alternatively, send a message via Chat to request a repeat.

Sharing a prescription

You can share a prescription with another healthcare provider:

1. Open the prescription
2. Click Share
3. Enter the recipient's email or select from your care team
4. They receive a secure link valid for 48 hours

Important: Prescriptions in Local Health Care are for record-keeping and communication. They do not replace paper or electronic prescriptions required by Australian law.
