Updating your details

  1. Go to Dashboard → Profile
  2. Edit any field
  3. Click Save changes

Changing your email address

Changing your email requires verification:

  1. Go to Profile
  2. Click Change email
  3. Enter your new email
  4. Check both your old and new email for confirmation links
  5. Click both links to complete the change

Changing your password

  1. Go to Profile → Security (or directly to Security tab)
  2. Click Change password
  3. Enter your current password and your new password
  4. Save

If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page.

Verifying your mobile number

A verified mobile number enables SMS appointment reminders:

  1. Go to Profile
  2. Enter your mobile number
  3. Click Verify — you'll receive a code via SMS
  4. Enter the code to confirm
