Earning & Redeeming Points

How you earn points

Points are automatically added to your account after each completed appointment at a participating clinic. The number of points per appointment is set by the clinic.

Your points balance appears in Dashboard → Loyalty.

Redeeming points

1. Go to Dashboard → Loyalty
2. Browse the available rewards from your clinic
3. Click Redeem on the reward you want
4. Show the clinic your redemption confirmation at your next visit

Points expiry

Some clinics set an expiry on loyalty points. Check the Loyalty tab for any expiry notices.

Which clinics participate?

Not all clinics on Local Health Care offer a loyalty program. The Loyalty tab only shows points for clinics that have it enabled. If a clinic you visit isn't listed, they may not have the program set up.
