Clinic Shared Documents

When a clinic uploads a document for you and shares it, it appears in Dashboard → Documents → Shared by clinic.

Viewing shared documents

1. Go to Documents
2. Click the Shared by clinic tab
3. Click any document to view or download it

Document types clinics may share

• Lab results
• Referral letters
• Consent forms
• Health assessment reports
• Post-visit summaries

Downloading a document

Click Download on any shared document to save a copy to your device.

Note: You cannot edit or delete documents shared by a clinic. Contact your clinic if a document needs to be updated or removed.
