Requesting a Price Quote

Step 1 — Describe the service

  1. Go to Dashboard → Price Requests
  2. Click Request a Quote
  3. Type a description of the service or treatment you need (e.g. "Root canal", "Teeth cleaning")

You can also tap a quick-select chip — common dental services are listed for convenience.

Click Continue.

Step 2 — Add details

Preferred dateOptional. If you have a specific date in mind, add it here
Additional notesOptional. Any extra context that helps the clinic respond accurately

Click Continue.

Step 3 — Choose clinics

Select the clinics you want to hear from. Clinics near your postcode appear first, with your saved favourites highlighted.

  • You can select up to 5 clinics per request
  • Use Select all to quickly pick every clinic in a group
  • Only clinics that have opted in to receive quote requests are shown

Click Request Quote from X Clinics to send.

Reviewing responses

Go to Dashboard → Price Requests to see all your requests and their current status.

RespondedThe clinic has sent a price or quote
AcceptedYou accepted this quote
DeclinedYou declined this quote

Click any response to see the full details including the quoted price, clinic notes, and an option to book directly with that clinic.

Accepting or declining a quote

Once a clinic responds:

  • Click View Details to read their full response
  • Click Accept to proceed — you can then book an appointment with that clinic
  • Click Decline if the price doesn't suit you

Accepting or declining a quote does not create a booking. You still need to book separately.

Tips

  • Send requests to several clinics at once and compare the responses side by side
  • Mark your favourite clinics first — they appear at the top of the clinic list when you create a request
  • If a clinic hasn't responded after a few days, you can send them a message directly from Dashboard → Messages
