The Documents section has three sub-tabs, each serving a different purpose:

| My Documents | Files you upload yourself — referrals, imaging, lab results, and other health records |
| Shared by Clinic | Documents your clinic has uploaded for you — post-visit summaries, test results, consent forms |
| Health Fund Cards | Your private health insurance membership cards |

- Clinic Shared Documents — Viewing and downloading documents sent to you by a clinic
- Health Fund Cards — Adding insurance cards, card photos, HICAPS support, and setting a primary card
Security
All documents are encrypted and only visible to you. You control when and whether to share any file with a clinic. Local Health Care staff cannot access your personal documents.
