Uploading Documents

Supported formats

  • PDF (recommended)
  • Images: JPG, PNG, WebP
  • Maximum file size: 20MB per file

How to upload

  1. Go to Dashboard → Documents → My Documents
  2. Click Upload document
  3. Select a file from your device — or use the camera option to photograph a physical document
  4. Add a title and select the document type
  5. Optionally assign the document to a folder and add notes
  6. Click Upload

Document types

Each document is tagged with a colour-coded type for easy scanning:

Folder organisation

You can create folders to group related documents:

  1. In the My Documents tab, click New folder
  2. Name the folder (e.g., "2025 Blood Tests", "Dental")
  3. Move documents into the folder by editing the document and selecting a folder

Rename or delete folders from the folder management panel.

Sharing a document with a clinic

To give a clinic access to one of your documents:

  1. Open the document
  2. Click Share with clinic
  3. Choose the clinic
  4. The document is now visible to that clinic's staff when viewing your records

You can revoke access at any time.

Security

Your documents are encrypted and only visible to you and clinics you explicitly share them with. Local Health Care staff cannot access your personal documents.
