Loyalty & Rewards

Some clinics on Local Health Care offer a loyalty points program. Points are automatically credited to your account after each completed appointment at a participating clinic. You can then redeem them for rewards offered by that clinic.

How it works

1. Complete an appointment at a participating clinic
2. Points are added to your account automatically
3. Go to Dashboard → Loyalty to view your balance and available rewards
4. Redeem points for clinic-specific rewards (discounts, priority bookings, and more)

Not all clinics participate

The Loyalty tab only shows activity for clinics that have the program enabled. If a clinic you visit regularly isn't shown, they may not have set it up yet.
