What's on a clinic profile

| Doctors | The doctors at this clinic, with links to their profiles |
| Ratings | Star rating and review count from patients |
| Gallery | Photos of the clinic interior and exterior |
| About | Background on the practice |
| Verified badge | Indicates the clinic has been verified by Local Health Care |
Open Now status
The clinic profile shows whether the clinic is currently Open or Closed based on their listed hours for today. This updates automatically — no refresh needed.
Ratings and reviews
The star rating at the top of the profile reflects feedback from patients. The review count is shown alongside the rating. Click the rating to see individual reviews where available.
Booking from a profile
Click Book appointment on the clinic profile page to go directly to the booking form for that clinic. You can choose a specific doctor or select "No preference" for the next available slot.
Saving to favourites
Click the heart icon on a clinic profile to save it to your favourites. Saved clinics appear in Dashboard → Favourites for quick access. See Saving Favourites.
Reporting incorrect information
If you notice that a clinic's details are outdated or incorrect, click Report an issue at the bottom of their profile page. Our team will review and update the listing.
