Request Account Deletion

Permanently delete your LocalHealthCare account and all associated data.

Processed within 30 days

Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by our team. You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been deleted. You can cancel your request by contacting info@localhealthcare.com.au before it is processed.

What will be permanently deleted

Your profile and personal information
All appointment history and upcoming bookings
Medical documents and shared records
Messages and chat history
Saved preferences and settings
Loyalty points and any pending quotes

Please note

This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover your data.

If you have an active clinic subscription, please cancel it before requesting deletion to avoid further charges.

Any pending appointments will be automatically cancelled and clinics will be notified.
